Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Hola Souq by Concept JV LLC. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and refund only applicable for none food items.

 Cancellation

The expected time span for reporting the services ordered to be cancelled and the conditions under which cancellation will be allowed. Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.

Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You may return eligible items within 1 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging only non food items.
  • Exceptions: Certain items, such as perishable goods, customized products, or sale items, may have restrictions or exclusions.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team at holasouq@jvcreativedigital.com to initiate a return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Packaging: Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.  
  5. Proof of Purchase: Include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice with the returned item(s).

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
  • Timeframe: Please allow 4 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
